Former Kogi First Lady Is Dead: Cancer Killed Ex-Governor Ibrahim Idris’s Wife, Zainab

Ex-Governor Ibrahim Idris of Kogi state has lost his wife.
Hajia Zainab Idris passed away early June after a long time battle with cancer-related ailment.
Zainab, who served as the First Lady during her husband’s tenure, was said to have been battling with health problems that kept her away from the public since 2012 when her husband quit office.
She was the mother of Summerest Apartments owner in Abuja and a former House of Rep member, Mohammed Ibrahim Idris.
She died at the age of 60.

Despite her fragile health state, Hajia Idris still gathered strength to carry out her islamic prayers in the early hours of Saturday the 1st of June during which she reportedly slumped and died.
May her soul rest in perfect peace.
